Normally, orders are delivered within 2-5 days from the date of your order. Tobago orders are delivered 5-7 business days after payment has been made.

The payment gateway on our website currently only supports credit cards, not local Visa debit cards. If you would like to pay via card, choose “Cash on Delivery” as the payment option and mention that you would like to pay via card on delivery in the order notes.

We can accommodate this request. Please mention your preferred delivery date in the order notes when making your order.

An advance payment is required for us to hold items. If payment cannot be made, we suggest refraining from ordering until it can be done.

We offer exchanges for items if communicated within 72 hours from the delivery date. However, exchanges are currently unavailable for Tobago orders. Review our Return and Exchange Policy here

You can communicate with us via social media or the number that contacted you on your order confirmation. If an order must be cancelled, please do not wait until the scheduled delivery day to do so.

Yes, pickup is available at our store location at The Village of Mandalay Mall, Bueno Vista, Arima

Shipping cost varies based on location. Shipping is calculated on the checkout page.
